TrainerTracer can estimate calories and macros from a meal photo. It does not weigh the food or measure every ingredient. Review the result and correct the values before logging, especially when portions or ingredients are hard to see.
Yes. The result fills in the meal form. You can edit the meal name, calories and macro values before saving. The AI result is a starting point, not a locked entry.
You need an active subscription or eligible trial to use meal-photo logging. There is no separate per-photo charge, and meal photos do not use AI Fitness Analysis credits. Usage limits apply. AI Fitness Analysis reports are a separate feature that uses purchased credits.
Yes. You can enter a meal name and nutrition values manually. Photo analysis is one way to fill in the form, not the only way to log a meal.
No. You can use individual meal and workout tracking without a trainer. A personal trainer's services and training packages are separate from your app subscription.
